The President is Missing
Bill Clinton and James Patterson
The President disappears.
The world is in shock.
But the reason he’s missing is much worse than anyone can imagine.
With details only a president could know, and the kind of suspense only James Patterson can deliver.
From the first time I saw this book in print I knew I wanted to read it, in part for the story and also to see what Bill had to offer a presidential thriller. Once I played the sample on Audibles and heard Dennis Quaid’s voice narrating as President Duncan, I had to buy it. I also found this book at the library on their lucky day shelf so I read and listened.
Do you ever do that? I love having the book and audible at the same time. ❤️
I will admit this book had me a bit rattled with concerns of national security. It was full of action and twists and I wasn’t sure exactly how it would end other than the fact that it would come down to the last minute.
Someone in the White House may be a traitor, terrorists are threatening with a virus, President Duncan is dealing with a health issue he’s trying to keep under wraps, all while he’s facing a house committee hearing his opponents are hoping will get him impeached.
The story moved right along and kept my interest. If you enjoy Patterson’s thriller style, you will love this book!
What are your thoughts?
Have you read this one? I didn’t want to give too much away in my review, but I’m excited to hear what you think of it? Do you have a Patterson favorite? I haven’t read one in quite a while but I may have to pick up a few.
Thanks for taking a peak at my review. Hope this finds you after an amazing weekend! Have a wonderful Sunday friends!
