The beavers were out this morning too…

You can barely see it, but the water was clear enough to see his tail.

It’s hard to tell what is real and what is a reflection in this one. The beavers love hanging out on this particular log.

There is a small footbridge that connects the road to a trail that goes along the lagoon. This beaver swam right under Ryan, about 6 feet under that bridge this morning. For some reason that beaver all of a sudden smacked his tail down and I swear Ryan was about to fall in head first on top of him, it was sooo LOUD! He definitely startled us pretty good, for first thing in the morning!😂

  1. So I guess this is the way you live all the time? This is not just vacation…you actually live here? That would be so cool, except for the having to get kids ready for school part. I could see this way of life for retirees, but I never would have made it with kids. 🙂
