My Review:

I am so excited to have this recipe book. Sometimes being vegan for my family means we get stuck in some ruts with meal planning just repeating a handful of the same meals. Being a busy family we can’t spend a lot of time with meal prep either which also makes the slow cooker such a great option,
This cookbook has so many different vegan recipes! Two recipes I’m looking forward to trying first are Thai Red Curry Tofu and Veggies and Potato Stuffed Chile Rellenos!

Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group and NetGalley for this exciting new vegan cookbook in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are my own.

Happy Reading and Slow Cooking Friends!❤️

I am excited to give some recipes a try. My slow cooker was in my trailer, so I’m bringing it home this weekend to try it out! 😊
